1. Farnborough Rental Agreement

All vehicle rentals with Farnborough are governed by a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. This agreement sets out the terms, conditions, insurance coverage, charges, and your responsibilities for that rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will take precedence.

2. Farnborough Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Farnborough, you must:

Be at least 21 years old (age limits may vary by vehicle type, with extra charges possible for drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the minimum period stated in the Rental Agreement. Provide valid identification and proof of address as required by Farnborough rental policy, and present any supporting documents listed in the Rental Agreement.

3. Booking and Payment — Farnborough

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Farnborough branch. A booking deposit may be required to secure your reservation. 4. Vehicle Collection and Return — Farnborough

When collecting a vehicle at our Farnborough branch you must inspect it carefully and report any existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed at collection. Return the vehicle in the same condition as it was collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage identified on return will be assessed and charged accordingly.

You must not use the Farnborough vehicle for:

Any illegal purpose or activity in Farnborough. Racing, rallying, off-roading, or other hazardous activities. Transporting hazardous or dangerous materials. Sub-letting to third parties or allowing unauthorised drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Uses for which the vehicle is not designed...

Violating these restrictions may result in immediate rental termination by Farnborough and additional charges.

8. Farnborough Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Farnborough Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the total amount paid by you to Farnborough Vehicle Hire Services for those services in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Farnborough Jurisdiction

These Terms for Farnborough are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Farnborough Terms

Farnborough may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Farnborough website. Your continued use of Farnborough services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
